Srinivas T V
Founder, CEO & COO
Srinivas is the visionary behind Study100on100, combining strong technical expertise, corporate experience, and entrepreneurial acumen. With a background that includes B.E., M.Tech, and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he has worked with global leaders like Bosch, Wipro, Cognizant, HPE, and HP Inc.
He earlier founded XBE, a successful startup with two products, and has consulted for top tech giants including LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and Twitter. His core strengths lie in product vision, global benchmarking, strategy, and growth planning.
At Study100on100, Srinivas drives product design, scalability, and expansion strategies, while keeping student success at the heart of all initiatives.
Kalpana Mohan
Co-Founder & Guiding Force — In Loving Memory
A distinguished educationist with over 40 years of experience, Ms. Kalpana Mohan served as Principal of Vidyashilp Academy for over 18 years and played a key role in establishing PNC Cognitio and Basil Woods International Schools. A respected school leader, teacher trainer, and certified Cambridge Programme Leader, she was honoured with recognitions including the Swarna Karnataka Shikshana Rathna, Best Principal Award, and Distinguished Educator–India Award.
As a co-founder and guiding force behind Study100on100, her wisdom and experience deeply influenced our educational vision.She believed that every child, irrespective of background or circumstance, should have access to the best education .
